How to turn on & use it:

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the LCD display lights up and the unit makes a single beep. Insert the mini-jack pin of the probe into one of the probe sockets and insert the other end of the probe inside the food item. Make sure that the tip of the thermometer is inserted deeply to the centre of the thickest food part, avoiding the fatty or bone areas. You can use up to three probes at once (additional probes are sold separately). If multiple probes are in use, the thermometer will cycle between the probes, showing each temperature reading for several seconds.
