Forehead Measurement
Place the probe in the center of the forehead, slide it toward the temple while holding the Measure button, then release. Ensure the forehead is clean and dry and that both the user and thermometer have been in the same room for at least 30 minutes.
Ear Measurement
Remove the probe cover, gently place the probe in the ear canal, and press the Measure button. Make sure the ear is clean. Always measure in the same ear. Children under 1: pull ear straight back. Children 1+ and adults: pull ear up and back.
Object and Room Temperature
With the thermometer off, hold the Memory/Mute button for 3 seconds, then press Measure. Hold 1–5 cm from the object and press Measure again.
After Measurement
Read the temperature, view past results in memory if needed, clean the probe, and store the device in a dry place. Wait at least 10 seconds before the next measurement.
Understanding the Result
Green light: normal temperature.
Orange light: slight fever.
Red light: high fever.
Useful Functions
Switch between mute/unmute, view up to 35 memory records, convert °C/°F, or adjust temperature compensation if needed.
Battery and Power
The device turns off automatically after 10 seconds. Replace the two AAA batteries when needed.
Care and Cleaning
Clean the probe and housing with 70% alcohol and let it dry completely. Do not immerse the device in water or use abrasive cleaners.
