In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return most goods purchased online or by other distance selling methods within 14 days of receiving them. This  period allows you to inspect and consider the item before fully committing to the purchase. If you decide to return the product, please ensure it is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 business days. Standard shipping within Denmark typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options may also be available for an additional fee, allowing for faster delivery times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
